DJ Brekky started his DJ journey in 1994 on the Bristol free party scene. Quickly establishing a place in the underground parties and after parties. Then a string of residencies including the notorious The Farm pub in St Werburghs in it’s hedonistic heyday. Partnering up with long time best friend Rockin Ace T, the duo became a much celebrated fixture on the Bristol circuit. At the same time Brekky and Ace founded A&B Studios and the experimental electronic production project Delta 9. Suffering from major hearing complications from birth Brekky had a 10 year period of no DJing or music production due to deteriorating hearing loss. But in 2024 after advances in hearing technology he was abel to get back behind the decks and has been a regular fixture on Portsmouth Underground Radio since August 2025.

Rave-N8er’s been an avid musician for many years. Starting out in the early days of Win3.11 and SoundBlaster AWE cards, he has been writing electronic music that varies from sublime to science fiction. Requiring a more hands-on approach, he introduced the bass guitar to his skillset, and this lead to some rock and acoustic influences on his music. Later, after a yearning for public performance got the better of him, he branched out into DJ’ing, and added mixing and software DJ’ing tools to his repertoire. Now, he spends most of his time weaving multi-layered and unusual electronica tunes on his software looms, and bringing together new combinations of creative sounds in a tapestry of electronic colour that is uniquely Rave-N8er!
